Expected results: When entering data in a Web form that has been filled out previously, autocomplete should display a list of previous form entries.

Actual results: When entering data in a Web form, autocomplete doesn't appear consistently. The same form on the same page will sometimes have autocomplete and sometimes won't. 

This doesn't appear to be related to bug #177797 since the tab number (or the presence of tabs at all) doesn't affect this.

Without some specific steps to reproduce this isn't going anywhere. A page that
reproduces the problem, some autocomplete content that fails, something. In
general it's a good idea to have this information before submitting a bug
report. You can usually get confirmation of your problems and help defining
specific steps to reproduce at the MozillaZine Phoenix bugs forum
