As mentioned on Bug 1810009, the intermittent failure which can happen on this test unfortunately impacts all tests for the Browser Toolbox.
It is normally not frequent, but in an earlier attempt to land Bug 1810009 it happened frequently enough to trigger a backout. I can't do much about this in the scope of this bug, so I would like to re-land the patch.
