Open a message that includes links. Right click the mouse, it is better to have
the option that "Open link in new tab". Now there is only one option "Open link
in new window".

I have such a menu in 2002111908.
(Probably checken in on 13-Nov with bug 148974.)

Totally agree with Andreas.

I have both menus when I right click a link.

Using 3 hours old CVS based build - WinXP-Sp1.

I have both options too, using trunk build 20021118 on winxp, macosx and linux.
There was only one option in the 20021107 trunk build so I expect the reporter
was using a build before this went in on Nov 13.  Resolving as wfm.
