181070 - request denial comments shouldn't be sent to flag cc list

So, I just denied a review on the groups patch, and the entirity of my massive
comment got sent to the reviewers list.

Is this really required? I mean, I can see it being useful, but its also likly
to be a massive pain.

The same may even apply to request comments, ehn peoplerespond to previous
iterations in a point-by-point form.

I know what the goal of having the comment included was for, but is this useful
for the cclist, as opposed to the request{ee,er}? (Yes, that would mean that
we'd need to send two mails)

Thoughts?

I certainly appreciate seeing the comment on approval1.x- changes that auto-cc
[e-mail].  Maybe for each flag we need an additional switch "send
comments" for the auto-cc list.

AFAIK, we (reviewers) want to know when a patch was denied review, ditto for other flags. I cannot see why someone would only known when a request is granted, not denied. Marking WONTFIX.
