Steps to reproduce:
Click on the browser window to enter customization mode, once in customization mode a pop-up appears referring to the overflow menu despite it being replaced by the extension button. Even the context menu refers to "pin to overflow menu"
Actual results:
As I wrote in steps to reproduce, a pop-up appeared referring to the overflow menu.
Still happens on Nighly 111.0a1 BuildID 20230118095131 Windows 10 22H2 build 19045.2486 x64.
Expected results:
No pop-up shoud appear talking about the overflow menu if it is disabled. Ideally a pop-up explaining the new extension button should appear when entering customize mode.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'WebExtensions::Untriaged' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Hello jg30,
The overflow menu is still functional and not replaced by the Unified Extensions button panel (which is the place where extension buttons go now). Other toolbar items, except extensions buttons, can still be added to the overflow menu for toolbar customization and decluttering. As such, the pop-up referring to the overflow menu is still valid.
