These RFP alterations on DomainLookupStart/End we do want to keep; but we need to cut them over to fine-grained checks. We should be able to reference the window in the ctors for PerformanceMainThread and PerformanceWorker and plumb the RFP boolean down from there.
Tom - you don't have to do this, but I thought you'd be down for it.
