1.) type something into the Address Bar
2.) hover over an item that is showing a blue URL
Actual: The URL is changing the color from blue to white.
Expected: The URL color shout keep blue when hovering over it.
This is a recent regression.
A demo is attached.

Reproducible with a 2023-01-20 Nightly build on macOS 12 with Dark Theme enabled.
Verified as fixed on Nightly 111.0a1(build ID: 20230213092225) on macOS 12, Ubuntu 22, Windows 10.
