accounts.firefox.com/signin_token_code fails to send an email

Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:107.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/107.0
Steps to reproduce:
- I created an account with 2FA activated (to be able to publish extensions), but at the time couldn't setup the app to generate security code, so always used recovery codes
- I was able to get new recovery codes at some points, but now the new recovery codes stopped working
- I tried many times, over several months, to request new recovery codes from https://accounts.firefox.com/signin_token_code but I never get the email (Note that I receive all other emails from firefox/mozilla, and that I thoroughly checked spam folders)
Actual results:
I never get the emails from https://accounts.firefox.com/signin_token_code
Expected results:
I should have received an email from the https://accounts.firefox.com/signin_token_code form, and been able to unlock this situation.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Cloud Services::Server: Firefox Accounts' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Can you confirm the FxA account you're talking about is the same as your bugzilla email address? If so, the last emails I see sent were from December. Can you try triggering the emails again and I can check the logs? Thanks
I assume it is the same address as the login form lets me pass the email+password step with that address, but I might have tried to change the address to an alias (also in the maxlath.eu domain) at some point, which I suspect is the reason the recovery codes got invalidated. In any case, it must be the address bound to this user account https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/user/6205973/
I made a new request for recovery codes somewhere between 2023-02-10 11:40:00 UTC and 2023-02-10 11:41:46 UTC

Sorry maxlath, I don't have access to AMO user data to find what email address is used there. But I'm a little confused about this bug.
The 2fa one-time use backup codes are 10 digits, and you need to go to https://accounts.firefox.com/settings#two-step-authentication to change/request new codes. https://accounts.firefox.com/signin_token_code is where you enter a six digit code that's been sent to your email to confirm a sign-in. If you are still signed in somewhere, can you try visiting https://accounts.firefox.com/settings#two-step-authentication and click on the Change button?
Hi Barry, thanks for your help.
When I visit https://accounts.firefox.com/settings#two-step-authentication I'm redirected to https://accounts.firefox.com/signin_token_code, thus the confusion. I'm unfortunately not logged in on any other device.
