1811698 - Sent messages often appear twice in Sent Folder

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/109.0.0.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Send a message.

Actual results:

About half of sent messages appear twice in Sent Folder.
Other messages do not appear in Sent Folder at all, even though they are received by recipient.

Expected results:

All sent messages should appear once and only once in Sent Folder, and should appear there immediately after sending.
