Steps to reproduce

1. Have at least 9 tabs already opened.
2. Click a link that opens in a new tab.
3. Observe the tab counter.

Expected behavior

• The tab counter resizes to include the two digit '10'.

Actual behavior

• The tab counter remains the same size leaving part of the two digit number cut off.

Device information

• Firefox version: 110 beta
• Android device model: Pixel 6a
• Android OS version: Android 12

I encountered this issue on today's Nightly 121.0a1 from 10/30 on an Oppo Find N2 Flip (Android 13).
I cannot reproduce this 100%, and when I force close and reopen Fenix, the counter displays correctly the number of tabs.

I also reproduced the error with the icon with the "infinity" sign, having over 100 tabs open. Update error?
