i could narrow the issue for me and windows 10 to this change:

first bad

app_name: firefox
build_date: 2021-12-16

last good

app_name: firefox
build_date: 2021-12-15

HTH

Hm - Based on the ebay link I get from the forum post (Apologies if that's not the right one), both those regression windows show the iframe content to me. The only thing I consider missing is the "A courtesy note for our EU customers [...]" as that is part of the background image and is skipped unless "Print Background" option is set.

:DeJaVu_CF/:Regor can we get a screenshot of the behaviour you guys are seeing?

annoying. the "last good" is failing too now. ebay from your link:

firefox

https://s20.directupload.net/images/230131/4pow2rs2.png

print preview

https://s20.directupload.net/images/230131/xf3lvc5k.png

save as pdf

https://s20.directupload.net/images/230131/uifpj9ox.png

result: page 2 is empty, no iframe content.

for me i need to run mozregression again.

Flags: needinfo?(zendurion)

why are mozregression results so different from manual tests on same machine? confusing for me.

"Print Background" option is set
makes no difference for the issue. build_date: 2021-12-16

now the first bad is

build_date: 2021-12-14
build_url: https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/nightly/2021/12/2021-12-14-21-34-09-mozilla-central/firefox-97.0a1.en-US.win64.zip
changeset: 06c7b4e2d14be1ee8050d6c1eb1ab1bab19ac3c2
pushlog_url: https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/pushloghtml?fromchange=1a4d9850780709a65b7a090bfbd8eb48f209b3a7&tochange=06c7b4e2d14be1ee8050d6c1eb1ab1bab19ac3c2

but when i trial it the result is good.

That's... strange. I can reproduce this reliably today. The site is loading a lot faster today. Perhaps it has to do with some kind of page loading? Behaviour is pretty similar to bug 1800897 - that is, you can see the iframe disappear in the preview as you click Save.

Severity: -- → S3
Status: UNCONFIRMED → NEW
Ever confirmed: true

i inserted my results there, but the regression version frame is different from this one.

Clear a needinfo that is pending on an inactive user.

Inactive users most likely will not respond; if the missing information is essential and cannot be collected another way, the bug maybe should be closed as INCOMPLETE.
