Preconditions:
• Private window opened

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://www.accenture.com
2. Observe the behaviour.

Expected Behaviour:
The content loads correctly.

Actual Behaviour:
The content doesn't load and the page slows down the browser.

Notes:

1. Screenshot provided.
2. Reproducible with Strict ETP in Normal mode
3. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
4. The content loads eventually but it takes a lot of time and it slows down the browser in the process

The page still loads for me, but my browser was extremely slow when loading the page. So, it took several seconds for the page loads. I think it is because the page is busy waiting for certain tracker resources to be ready, so it slows the entire browser down.

Doesn't seem to reproduce for me anymore with a new profile but we have received a new report on github where the users reproduce the issue. More info on the github link below.
