I've found on many sites now that if I begin filling elements in a form before
the page finishes loading that the fields annoyingly clear themselves when the
page finishes loading, almost like the browser refreshes the page and as a
result clears them.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to site with forms
2. Begins entering data into fields before page finishes loading
3. See fields clear upon page finishing loading

Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
Leave the form data entered alone
