User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.22; Mac_PowerPC) Build Identifier: download After went to www.pbs.org and see Benjamin Franlin's Trailer, Mozilla exist. Mozilla exist. Cannnot launch browser anymore. I download from the test area. The version is 1.3a.
tak416@yahoo.com, what build ID are you reporting this bug against? Also, what is the exact URL of the trailer you viewed? WorksForMe using FizzillaCFM/2002110808. Mozilla doesn't crash tak416@yahoo.com, can you reproduce this problem using another Mozilla user profile?
Severity: critical → major
Summary: Can not launch browser → Mozilla crashed viewing URL and subsequently won't launch
The build is 2002111808 that caused the problem. Because I can not use Mozilla, so I use IE to download the latest Mozilla build id 2002112008. Today using both builds I can cause Mozilla browser to terminate itself by following these steps: 1) goto /www.pbs.org/benfranklin/about.html 2) select the movie trailer (higher quality) 3) when the trailer is playing, select QA menu item, and click on Latest builds, a window popup list Mozilla browser's select any one of it, Browser terminated itself.
WorksForMe using FizzillaCFM/2002112208 to perform the steps in comment 2. tak416@yahoo.com, please attach the crash report generated by this crash.

Where is the crash report generated by the browser? Or how can I make it to generate one? Thank, Tak
