Customers can now reply to ANY text message they receive by starting their text message with the last 4 digits of the phone number they wish to respond to. I've included links to our training documentation as well as an attached GIF from the Relay guide. I also have an MP4 if that is preferred.
I believe there are some regional limitations on this. Meaning we can only respond to text messages received from US or Canada since those are the only two supported territories currently.
