181257 - right click and open on a file with space in its path does not work

One can not view a file by Right Click->Open With-> Phoenix
The same can be successfully viewed from File->Open File

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.choose any file on ur pc which has space/spaces in its path
2. right click and choose open with phoenix


Actual Results:  
1. An error which says file not found and displays path till first space is
displayed 
2. multiple tabs are opened automatically

Expected Results:  
The file is opened in phoenix

I guess this has got something to do with patch which enable specifying a tab
group as startup item
