Alright, I see your Github ID is linked to your people.m.o account, per runbooks I need two more things.
- is there a team in the mozilla github org you should be added to as part of your invite?
- per runbooks, I need a manager approval, NI set for Joe Walker for that thumbs-up.
Once I have those two things, I can send out the invites.

Ok, no, that project doesn't appear to be managed by a team - you'll have to ask the existing admin to give you access. (I think that's Brian Grinstead.)
Based on that I've sent you the invite to the ghe_mozilla_users mozillians group - please accept that before proceeding.
Then you should be seeing the invite to the Mozilla org, sent to whatever email account you have your github account associated with.
Once accepted, you should be a member of the Mozilla org, and then any repo or project admin can add you to needed resources.
