1812719 - Disable rewind controls and duration for Twitch live streams

User story

When watching Twitch live streams, I would like PiP controls to remain reasonably consistent with Twitch video controls.

Acceptance criteria

1. Playhead scrubber is unavailable in PiP for live streams.
2. Rewind buttons are unavailable in PiP., but keyboard shortcuts are still available.
3. Duration is unavailable in PiP.
4. Arrow keys shortcuts are unavailable in PiP.
