Build Identifier: Mozilla nightly 2002111408

Sidebar "checks" if it's called from mozilla, and yells if it thinks it's not
mozilla saying "sidebar.cgi currently only supports Mozilla based web browsers".
Unfortunaltely the check makes definitely no sense - it's based on browser
string, which I intentionally have changed and even I run Mozilla sidebar.cgi
thinks it knows better I am not. So, using Matrix wording: "what is this check
for if you are unable to detect"? Other sidebars can live without such spare
checks. Can this one join them?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Change Mozilla's browser string (ie. to "I am browser, blah ;)"
2.Add sidebar
3.enjoy "sidebar.cgi currently only supports Mozilla based web browsers"

Actual Results:
false statament "sidebar.cgi currently only supports Mozilla based web browsers"
appears

Expected Results:
not check at all.
This was to allow for "future expansion" to have sidebar.cgi ouput HTML to IE 6.
I don't know of any other way to tell if a browser can support XUL (since bug
88067 was turned down).
