Details

When the freetype code was origionally written there was no major distinction
between the nsFontFreeType (X display code) and nsFreeType (the code to access
the FreeType2 routines)

Now that nsFreeType will be also used for printing by the ps module it is/has
become a xpcom service. Thus the nsFontFreeType elements in the nsFreeType code
should be separated out.
since this bug is not essential to TrueType printing work (it should be done for
code clarity), fix this after finishing main part of TrueType printing.
