Bug 185798 is a dupe of this bug. Bug 185798 refrences this page http://www.ElectricBluesRadio.com Doing my own search I found an additional site which uses IFRAMEs http://www.wizardfkap.com/page5.html .
For a better look at what's going on: The frameset (with error): http://web.tampabay.rr.com/ebradio/ebr16nowplaying.html and the page in it (displaying ok): http://www.live365.com/pls/front?handler=playlist&cmd=view&handle=eblues

This is an automated message, with ID "auto-resolve01". This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code. While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug (given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more reproduction information if you have it. If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved. Thank you for your help in this matter. The latest beta releases can be obtained from: Firefox: http://www.mozilla.org/projects/firefox/ Thunderbird: http://www.mozilla.org/products/thunderbird/releases/1.5beta1.html Seamonkey: http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/
I'm still seeing this with Mozilla version 1.7.11. (Note that the Planet Zeb URL I gave originally has been rearranged, and the embedded listing pages are down a couple pages from the top -- but they still show up as mostly blank blue.)
This bug appears to be due to a conflict with an older Live365.com playlist script. Live365 has since released a newer version of the script, which does not exhibit the problem. I have implemented the new script at electricbluesradio.com (and http://web.tampabay.rr.com/ebradio/ebr16nowplaying.html), so the problem is no longer evident at this location. However, as pointed out by others, the problem does still exist at sites utilizing the older script.
I don't know why this works in IE, but accessing parent.site from one iframe (live365.com) trying to get at values from another site (planetzeb.net) is illegal. Unless IE is being served different content this may be a security issue for them. According to comment 7 there are newer scripts from live365.com
