This issue adds a "Sync addresses across devices" preference to the Autofill settings, which navigates to the Sync settings which should include an option to sync "Addresses" that is displayed if address autofill is enabled. Ensuring that addresses do sync across devices. If the user is not signed in, the preference should navigate to the screen to turn on sync.
