Steps to reproduce

1. Open a video on vimeo.com/yahoo.com.
2. Enter the fullscreen mode.
3. Invoke the Android notification bar.
4. Dismiss the Android notification bar.
5. Observe Improper flicker displayed.

Expected behaviour

The transition is done smoothly, with no visual glitches.

Actual behaviour

A flicker can be observed when when the Android notification is dismissed.
Note that the visual defect is more prominent when using the Light theme.

This issue is no longer reproducible in the latest versions.
Tested on:

• latest Nightly 121.0a1 from 11/17
• Beta 120.0b9
• 119.1.1
• RC 120.0 build 2

Tested with:

• Google Pixel 7 (Android 14)
• Samsung S23 Ultra (Android 13)
• Samsung Galaxy A53 5G (Android 13)
