Actual Results: div extends into right-side table cell when it should be completely inside the middle cell. Expected Results: render the news section properly

Created attachment 107125 [details] testcase it looks we render it as required by the spec. The div is 100% of its containing block and then it is shifted by the margin, it has to overlap. in other words: <div style=" width=200px;border: solid 10px;"> <div style=" width=100px;border: solid 10px;"> foo </div> </div> In an standard compliant browser the innerdiv will overlap the outer div. I believe this bug is a) invalid b) techevangelism
