I'd like to make SVGImageFrame not derive from SVGGeometryFrame and SVGImageElement derive from SVGGraphicsElement. This is how the SVG webidl has it and it makes sense because SVG Images are quite different to SVG shapes. You can't put a gradient or a pattern on an image for instance.
This is just clean up to make the main bug simpler.
