Description

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.2a) Gecko/20020910
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.2a) Gecko/20020910

When I try to open Mozilla Mail, the window won't open. When I go to "Window" on
the toolbar, There claims to be a second window open, but it has no name. When I
click on it, The Navigator window becomes inactive, but it's still completely
visible. Alt+F4 closes said invisible window, however trying to open mail again
does not work. Rebooting the computer doesn't change anything, nor does closing
Mozilla completely and reopening, nor does Logging off and back on do anything

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Mozilla
2.Click "Window"
3.Click "Mail & Newsgroups"

Actual Results:
The current window became inactive, i.e. the title bar became grey, but nothing
of the mail program was visible, and Alt+F4 doesn't do anything.

Expected Results:
It should have opened the Mail Program
