When I go to http://www.bankplus.net from an "insecure" page (i.e. I dismiss one
secure page notification dialog) the layout is horked.
OTOH, if I go the said page from a secure page (like the secure version of yahoo
mail's login page) and dismiss both a "leaving secure page" dialog and a
"entering secure page" dialog, the page loads just fine. At least, that's been
my experience so far.
I've been seeing this problem for months and have run a couple searches in
bugzilla to see if it's reported, but haven't come up with anything, so I
decided to submit it.
I'm going to set reproducibility to every time, but I'm not certain that it
happens every time (it's been so long since I started seeing it).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to page from "insecure" page and then from secure page (like secure yahoo
mail login).
2. See also screenshot I'm about to attach.
Actual Results:
Page layout is horked after dismissing secure page notification dialog when
previous page was "insecure"
Expected Results:
page should always have correct layout.
Oh... the image that's supposed to be at the top of the page is also missing
when page doesn't finish loading.

I can also reproduce this. Reloading the page fixes the layout. Shift-reload
does not break it again and the bug still occurs if images are disabled. I'm
unable to reproduce the bug with a local copy of the page.

Is this still a problem? (I can't reproduce it....)

WFM on 2003050405/Linux but it also woks on Debian's 1.3-5 package and I think
it started working after 1.3 was released, so either the page changed or
Debian's Mozilla maintainer backported whatever patch fixed this bug.
