Forwarding a Message as an attachment Fails to be Sent.
Forwarding the same message inline succeeds.
Saving the message outside of Moz and *then* Forwarding as an attachment succeeds.
 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Highlight message
2. Click "Forward" or choose Forward as attachment from menu
3. Click "Send"

Actual Results:  
Message does not get sent ... error message says, "Message failed to be sent".
At the same time another dialog box says "Attaching <message subject>"

Expected Results:  
Mozilla should have (as it always has done in the past for me) just sent the
message. :-)

Forwarding the same message inline succeeds.

Saving the message outside of Moz (File/Save As) and *then* Forwarding as an
attachment succeeds.
