After login process, if the user selects Project option, the page is not 
displayed & it gives Internal Server Error.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Entering User Name & Pwd logs into the site
2.Out of 4 options in Main page,click Projects link
3.
Actual Results:  
Here the project page is not displayed stating Internal Server Error.


Expected Results:  
Project Page should be displayed up
That page doesn't exist, and its a .asp which means that its got nothing to do
with bugzilla.
