Details

The implementation has a browser/locales-preview/translations.ftl file. However, this file belongs in toolkit. At the time of the original patch, a toolkit/locales-preview hadn't been set up. This bug is tracking to either move the translations file to toolkit/locales-preview or move it into a non-preview toolkit location (if it's ready.)
