A resolution was made for csswg-drafts/#8204.
[scroll-animations-1] Define how the `source` member of a `ScrollTimeline` corresponding to a `scroll()` timeline is updated
- RESOLVED: Each anonymous scroll timeline is a different object. The source is updated at the same time as the currentTime.
