Steps to reproduce:

Running an Agular+HTML application in Mozilla Firefox 107 (64-bit). There is a library we are using (D3 charts). Once navigated to the page where this chart library is being used. After that, all other pages which were working fine are getting distorted for 7-8 seconds while scrolling up and down.
In Google chrome and other browsers it is working fine.

Actual results:

Html page is getting distorted for 7-8 seconds while page scrolling down and up in Mozilla Firefox 107 (64-bit) but working fine in Mozilla Firefox 91 (64-bit). In Google chrome and other browsers it is working fine.

Expected results:

It should not be distorted and work smoothly as it is working in Mozilla Firefox 91 (64-bit). In Google chrome and other browsers it is working fine.

Note that I am a volunteer, not a Mozilla dev.

Without a reproducible testcase, this bug is unactionable. Can you create a minimally reproducible testcase from your internal application and attach it here?

It seems like a regression? Then It would be also helpful if you could help to use https://mozilla.github.io/mozregression/ to find out which change cause the difference.
