Hello! I have tried to reproduce the issue using firefox 111.0a1 (2023-02-03) on Ubuntu 22.04 but unfortunately I wasn't able to reproduce it on my end.
Could you please answer the following questions in order to further investigate this issue?
- Does this issue happen with a new profile? Here is a link on how to create one: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-remove-switch-firefox-profiles
- Does this issue happen in the latest nightly? Here is a link from where you can download it: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/desktop/
- Do you have any addons installed if so can you list them?

ad 1 & 2: This has been happening for a long time now. Google "Failed to retrieve valid WikiWho data" and see for yourself.
ad 3: If you provide a means within Firefox to list the extensions in a copy-and-paste way then I will paste them here.
As an aside, I did not get an email to alert me of your request.

WikiWho is not a first-party thing, but a third-party service, something like a user script, that the user needs to install. As such, please report issues with that to the project, there's nothing we can do from within the browser.
