Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021016 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021016 Installed 1.2b: untarred and ran installer as root. Ran "script" in installation notes. I have "export MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME=/usr/local/mozilla" in .bashrc. Moz worked fine as root, but typing "./mozilla" as another user resulted in _nothing_ happening. Uncommenting "set x" in script did not show any differences between root and non-root user. I finally tracked it down to incorrect (?!) permissions for the components subdirectory: "chmod a+x components" did the trick. So what did I do wrong? Couldn't find a duplicate report ... Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
To installer.
