To support the import bookmarks follow up experiment for image optimization with existing users (see bug 1812443), we'll need advanced experimenter targeting for:

Profile age: Profile age: > 28 days (targeting at experiment level)
Activity Level: 1 - 6 days in a month (targeting at experiment level)
Users have 5 bookmarks in Firefox
