See https://ffmpeg.org/doxygen/3.4/group__lavu__log__constants.html for the meaning of log levels, we're using something too verbose and it makes debugging hard, especially when decoding mp3.

I'd like to have it somehow reverted or configured by pref - the original log level is very useful during debugging hw decoding bugs.
