User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/109.0

Steps to reproduce:

The plug-ins didn't have a toggle button (they have only two context menu entries: “Always activate” and “Never activate”).

I maybe know why is the toggle button not present: Well in the NPAPI era, the plug-ins had three context menu items (“Ask to activate”, “Always activate” and “Never activate”), so the toggle button was due to design reasons not present. But now the “Ask to activate” context menu item is not present in default plug-ins (OpenH264 and Widevine), so the toggle button can be logically used to activate/deactivate plug-ins.

Actual results:

The plug-ins didn't have a toggle button.

Expected results:

The OpenH264 and Widevine plug-ins should have a toggle button (like extensions).

And I forgot to mention, that the new plug-ins toggle should be the moz-toggle that was implemented also in 1798335.

I didn't want to say “that was implemented also in 1798335”, I want to say “which was implemented also in 1798335” in comment above, sorry.

Opening this Enhancement, Im not entirely sure its the correct component, I dont know where this enhancement could fit better either.
