In bug #1604845, we removed the entropy section of the raw crash paths in S3 in the collector. This bug covers removing all the supporting code from the rest of the crash ingestion system.

We'll have to wait until after March 7th, 2023 to remove the entropy path bits from the boto crash storage code.
