User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/109.0
Steps to reproduce:
I opened Firefox 109.0.1 (64 bits)
Actual results:
Every UI element that takes focus (both in the Firefox menus and inside of websites) now gets an insanely large black border (from 10px to 50px or so).
I tried disabling my current Theme but got same results.
Private browsing is also affected.
Expected results:
The UI should not have any visible differences, especially not inside websites.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Theme' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
Well I may have encountered a rare case of "Firefiox upated but did not restart yet" or something, because closing it completely and reopening seems to have fixed the issue...
So unless you still want to investigate why this happened temporary to my browser, I guess it is fine to close this ticket.

Hi,
Since I wasn't able to reproduce the issue and it does no longer occur for the user after restarting either I'm going to close this issue for now.
If, however, the issue resurfaces, please feel free to re-open this report so we can investigate further.
Thank you!
