181595 - not checking mail automaticaly when Mail window is closed

In Netscape after 1 time when I open Mail & News window and type password,
Netscape do automatic mail checking every time what I put in options, without
checking "are mail window open or not". Will be good if in Mozilla be the same.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Mozilla
2. Type password for mail accounts (if it's not saved).
3. Mozilla automaticaly check mailboxes (if that option checked in preferences)
for a new messages without checking Mail&News window status.
