Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Settings - Logins and passwords - Saved logins
2. Enter the device pattern and tap on the "Add login" button.
3. Fill in the Username field. Click on the "clear" button

Expected behavior

• The "clear" button of the "username" field is hidden when the screen opens

Actual behavior

• The "clear" button of the "username" field is visible and enabled when the screen opens, even if the field is empty
