If I try to open a new tab rather than a window (apple-click link) within a page
that is configured to open a new window within its own frame (Howstuffworks.com,
click on outside link, or Hotmail.com, click within message to a new link), the
new tab is opened but as a blank page (not empty document, the hotmail.com or
howstuff works.com frame is there).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open hotmail account
2. Subscribe to mailing list from mojones.com
3. Apple-click on link to open new tab, rather than new window with mojones article.
4. 
Actual Results:  
New tab with Hotmail frame is opened, but no mojones.com article
Same goes for other websites that open new windows within their frame (with one
of those "click here to go back" links) as well.

Jay, 20021104 is pretty old by now. Please retest using a recent nightly build.
