When visiting pages with expired SSL certificates, Mozilla will keep asking "Do
you want to continue?" repeatedly.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Visit a page with an expired SSL certificate
2.Click OK to the dialog
3.Repeat
Actual Results:
Mozilla will keep asking whether you want to continue.
Expected Results:
Continued displaying the page.

The web site above is a self-signed, expired Apache cert with serial number 00.
This is a dupe of bug 171219.
