SeaMonkey 2.53.15 refuses to run on macOS 10.9 to 10.11. We are unable to make this work without backing out needed changes so we finally set the minimum version to 10.12 too.
Also menus turn back in some scenarios which is not what we want so we need to change the plist file. Corresponding Firefox bugs:
Port Bug 1634765 "Drop support for (and prevent from running on) macOS versions below 10.12"
Bug 1623684 "Force macOS aqua appearance on"

Testing completed (on m-c, etc.): 2.53.16b1 pre
Risk to taking this patch (and alternatives if risky): trivial what is broken stays broken unfortunately
