Steps to reproduce:
Many issues have been transferred from https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/fenix/issues to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/buglist.cgi?product=Fenix.
Actual results:
However, the reporter status has obviously not been preserved, because Bugzilla doesn't allow validating and correlating a GitHub account to a Bugzilla account. Additionally, per https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1811313#c2, modifying the reporter field is currently impossible.
Expected results:
To remediate this, I suggest that it become possible.

Hi, this is nothing that can be done in the bugzilla.mozilla.org instance, as the upstream Bugzilla software does not support changing the author of a ticket (as already explained in bug 1811313 comment 2).
Furthermore, I don't see how to reliably match an account in GitHub and an account in Mozilla Bugzilla to make sure they are the same person.
(Furthermore, it seems that the tickets imported from GitHub do not expose any author information in Mozilla Bugzilla.)

I was certain that this was upstream! Apologies! I seriously believed that Bugzilla was Mozilla's product.
