Steps to reproduce:

I lost my two-step access to enter the firefox account and now I don't have the backup codes, in this case I need my account to be released or detailed so that I can reuse the user fernandoobbastos@gmail.com

Actual results:

Expected results:

I need to sign in using a new account at fernandoobbastos@gmail.com
