Before supernova, theme is not applied to activity manager.
Now, theme is applied but something is wrong.
I assume you intend to apply it only to the title bar.

I don't see this on macOS with today's daily build, and the two birds theme https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-us/thunderbird/addon/two-litle-birds/

I can't see it too. What TB version is this? And is this only with this theme and which theme?

I can't reproduce this on the latest comm-central win64.
It may be fixed by another bug.
