Each time you close and then re-open the browser, the print margins for top,
bottom, left and right always revert to the the default setting (0.5 inches). 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Goto File, Page Setup
2.Click on Margin & Footer/Header tab
3.Change all of the margins to something.  (I've tried 0.0 inches and 1.0 inches)
4.Click OK and close the browser.
5.Launch the brower and repeat steps 1 and 2

Actual Results:  
The top, bottom, left and right margins revert back to the default 0.5 inches.

Expected Results:  
The margins should be what the user manually set.
