For Desktop releases, we include a Mercurial link in the notification emails that are sent to release-signoff to improve the visibility of what changes went in since the last build. Can we do the same for Android releases with a Github compare link?
It also might be nice if we could include a Mercurial link for the GeckoView changes, but that could be a bit trickier logistically until we get Android betas on the same cadence as Desktop.

Should this go in the existing notification that comes once the "promote" phase is complete, or a new notification when promotion starts (as on desktop)?

My wip patch would include a link to e.g. https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/firefox-android/compare/focus-v111.0b8...60a61958fdd308da95b6658a3549d257314d0a48 in the existing promote phase's notification, along with a link to the relpro task group and top commit.

I think it would make sense to follow the same practice as Desktop.
