There are lots of Navigation::Start markers in the profile. I am not sure whats the correct component for this, or if this is even a bug.
I havent seen this before, and thus filed a bug. Feel free to resolve as invalid etc.

I think this marker is coming from SVG elements on the page.
It's probably as intended, but we should also mark the URL/type of the page in the marker, so there's no confusion
